shortlist candidate by after interview & they select to the final interview.
- Chairman,
GM & HRM contain in the final Interview panel
- After the final interview then decide which candidate would fit best in the open position.
- The HR department may immediately send an appointment letter to the selected person or after some time as the time schedule says
