   Introduction     The employee selection process varies from country to country, sector to sector, company to company, and even from different departments of the same company. The employee selection process can be defined as the process of selecting and selecting the right candidates with the qualifications and skills necessary to fill vacancies in an organization.  Therefore, the selection procedure followed by different organizations many times becomes long as it is a question of obtaining the most suitable candidates for whom various tests and interviews must be carried out.
